For data about visitors, people who sign up and contact requests, the publisher named in the legal notice is the controller. For data customers enter in the application, see the data processing agreement.

At sign-up: company name, contact name, email address and the version of the terms you accepted. In use: your account, your sign-in history and the records you create. Contact form: your name, email address and message.

Only to provide the service: create and secure your account, deliver the emails you ask for, warn you before an inactive organization is deleted, and answer you. No advertising, no profiling, nothing sold. The legal basis is the contract, and our legitimate interest for security logs.

An unverified sign-up is deleted after 24 hours. An organization with no sign-in for 60 days gets a warning email, is archived read-only at 90 days and deleted with all its data at 180 days.

A sign-up from a disposable email domain follows shorter delays: warning at 14 days, archive at 30 days, deletion at 45 days.

The demo needs no email address. A demo organization and everything entered in it are deleted 4 hours after it starts, and it never sends email.

OVH SAS hosts the service and Brevo sends its email, both in France and acting only on our instructions.

A session cookie keeps you signed in and a language cookie remembers your choice. No tracking or advertising cookies, so no consent banner.

You can access, correct, export or delete your data, and object to its processing, through the contact form. You can also complain to the CNIL.
