Terms of service

These terms govern use of the hosted service at this address by a company (the customer) and the users it invites. They apply to the free tier and to paid tiers, unless a signed order form says otherwise.

The customer is responsible for the users it invites, their permissions and their credentials. The email address used to sign up must be verified before the organization is created.

Each organization holds a licence stating its modules, limits and term. A request beyond a limit is refused, never billed. The free tier runs for one year and can be renewed from the application.

No unlawful content, no attempt to access another customer's data, no load testing or scanning of the service without written agreement. Phishing samples and indicators are accepted for defensive analysis only.

The customer owns its data. We process it only to provide the service, as described in the data processing agreement. Exports are available from the application at any time.

The free tier is provided as is, with no availability commitment. Paid tiers carry the commitment stated in their order form.

Our liability is limited to direct damage and, for paid tiers, to the amounts paid over the previous twelve months. Nothing limits liability that the law does not allow to limit.

An organization with no sign-in for 60 days is warned by email, archived read-only at 90 days and deleted at 180 days. The customer can close its organization at any time.

French law applies. Disputes between professionals go to the competent courts of the publisher's registered office.
